WARRANTY & DELIVERY
Machine warranty for 1 year or 30,000 copies (not applicable to brand new machine) whichever come first* inclusive of Labour¹ & Spare Parts² exclude Toner, Developer, PCU, Image Transfer Belt (ITB), Drum Unit, Rollers, Printer Board, Fax Board, Accessories, Papers and other consumables items. Warranty may be Null & Void if usage of compatible parts & supplies not from Mewamax Sdn Bhd. *Warranty is valid within the state of Selangor and Kuala Lumpur. However, customers located at more than 50km from our Office may incurred a zone charge if our technician need to travel to the customer’s location.

Exclude external parts (copier cover, platern, paper tray, cables and bypass) and internal part/s that damage by accident, natural disaster, improper power supply, power surge, lightning, negligence, willful act, damage by rodents or insects, improper use of the copier, use of non – standard papers, fire, burglary and riot
